  4. Unlimited 10 hours a day, five days a week telephone support, toll-free in the United States and Canada
  5. Priority access to technical support
  6. Toll-free, dedicated technical support "hot-line"
  7. Guaranteed two-hour or less reply time during business hours
  8. Guaranteed two-hour or less reply time for call back service (not fax, e-mail or on-line service).
  9. 24/7 emergency technical support
  10. Priority shipment of software upgrades

SupportPlus Maintenance Plan

SupportPlus entitles you to all software upgrades and maintenance releases issued for your products during your maintenance year. This helps protect your software investment by ensuring that you have access to all the benefits and advantages of the most recent software release. In addition SupportPlus gives you unlimited toll-free* customer support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern, Monday through Friday (except holidays). SupportPlus members also have access to SupportPlus Online, our online web support center, which offers Discussion Forums, the Solution Center Knowledge Center for 24 hour self-service support, the latest file downloads, and more!

SupportPlus Premier Maintenance Plan

SupportPlus Premier Maintenance includes all of the benefits of SupportPlus, plus priority access to telephone support and a two-hour call back guarantee if we are not able to take your call immediately. And if an emergency occurs outside of our normal support hours, you have around-the-clock access to a technical support representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You also receive priority shipment of major software upgrades, which are delivered straight to Premium Maintenance subscribers by 2nd Day Air. Finally, you receive a 5% discount on training and consulting services provided by Sage Specialty Products during your maintenance year.
